Open Studio Sale and Show Schedule -  A Becca Pot Is Published!
Local Food Dinner Plate Project - Ongoing Studio Hours

Summer is in full swing . . . perhaps you're feeling the pleasant frenzy that makes
up a New England summer, busily trying to pack in all of the fun outdoor
activities and amidst ongoing work and commitments . . . it's no different here at
the studio!   Ah, the joys of a seasonal business. :)  I'm hard at work making and
firing pots for my favorite summer craft shows, continuing to fill countless orders,
and working on new ideas and projects . . . it all amounts to a very exciting time.
I hope to see you in the coming weeks!

Open Studio Sale and Summer Show Schedule

This weekend, July 5th and 6th, marks my biannual Open Studio Sale!  I'll be
opening a kiln on Saturday morning and baking tasty things for you to enjoy
while you check out the new pots . . . there are lots of ideas for gifts (wedding,
graduation, birthday) and lots of beautiful things for YOU to add to your
collection (flower vases, serving pieces, and new mugs).  I'll be open from 10am to
5pm both days, rain or shine!  The studio is always lovely and cool . . . :)

Also, I'm preparing for a big weekend at the Yarmouth Clam Festival in Maine,
July 18th- 20th, and my favorite, the League of NH Craftsmen's Annual Fair,
August 2- 10th.

A "Becca Pot" is Published!

This might be a first!  The lovely, colorful 500 Plates and Chargers: Innovative
Expressions of Function and Style,
showed up on my doorstep yesterday, with page
242 graced by one of my "Stone Plates" . . . if you like pottery
at all, (and chances
are, if you're reading this, you do!)  this series by Lark Ceramics Books is one you
should definitely check out.  Silly me, I was going to link to Amazon, but thought
better of it: ask for it at your
local, independent bookstore!

Local Food Dinner Plate Project

I'm excited to be involved in the first- ever "Fields on the Saco" . . . my local
Chamber of Commerce, the Mount Washington Valley Chamber, is
throwing a very special culinary event on September 6th of this year, intended to
bring out the best food from our wonderful local farms, as prepared by local chef
Bryan Alden . . . amidst the open fields, you'll listen to live music, and look
forward to receiving a hand-made dessert plate with my signature "stones" to keep
as your own!   (100 of
you makes for 100 plates; guess I'd better get to work . . .)
Learn more about the feast!

Ongoing Studio Hours

My studio and gallery will be open, albeit somewhat sporadically, throughout the
summer and into the fall.  The
BEST place to find my most current hours is
always right here on the website.
When I'm not away at a show, I try to be here
for you . . . and as always, please feel free to just call to see if I'm around when the
timing works for
you!!!
Studio Hours

As always, thank you so much for all of your support and encouragement,
and enjoy your summer!

Fondly,
